Neptune AI – Terms & Conditions

Neptune AI is provided as an open creative system; you are fully responsible for the use, application, and outcomes of all generated outputs.

General Terms of Service

AI Content & Outputs

3. All responsibility for reviewing outputs before use rests with you.

4. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or original.

5. Any resemblance to existing designs is coincidental.

6. Neptune AI does not provide IP clearance or validation.

7. Generated outputs may require modification before commercial use.

8. Use of AI-generated content is entirely at your own risk.

9. Quality of outputs may vary depending on prompts and updates.

10. Content may differ across sessions.

Intellectual Property & Responsibility

1. You retain rights to your prompts and inputs.

2. Neptune AI provides outputs without any third-party rights transfer.

3. You are solely responsible for verifying intellectual property compliance.

4. Neptune AI is not liable for infringement, counterfeit, or legal claims.

5. Clients indemnify Neptune AI against third-party IP disputes.

6. Any takedowns from platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) are your responsibility.

7. Designs submitted are assumed to be legally cleared by you.

8. Neptune AI cannot verify ownership of uploaded data.

9. You accept full liability for disputes, fines, or penalties.

10. Neptune AI’s role is strictly technical, not legal.

Commercial Use & Liability

1. If you use Neptune AI outputs for manufacturing or resale, you accept all risks.

2. Neptune AI disclaims all warranties for commercial fitness.

3. All financial losses resulting from AI outputs are your responsibility.

4. Compatibility with production systems is not guaranteed.

5. Neptune AI shall not be held liable for reputational harm caused by outputs.

6. All recalls, consumer complaints, or liability claims fall to the user.

7. Neptune AI is not liable for misuse of generated content.

8. All use of outputs is undertaken at the client’s own risk.

9. Neptune AI is not responsible for your marketing, branding, or advertising claims.

10. By using Neptune AI, you accept full legal and commercial liability.

Customs, Shipping & Trade

1. Neptune AI is not liable for customs issues, seizures, or disputes.

2. All import duties, tariffs, and clearance costs are your responsibility.

3. Neptune AI does not provide regulatory compliance certification.

4. Delays caused by shipping or customs are outside our control.

5. Safety testing and compliance are the responsibility of the client.

6. Packaging, labeling, and trade compliance are your responsibility.

7. Neptune AI will not compensate for customs-related delays.

8. All risks of transport and customs clearance are borne by the client.

9. International regulations vary and must be managed by the user.

10. Neptune AI accepts no liability for export/import disputes.

Misuse & Restrictions

1. Users must not use Neptune AI for unlawful or harmful purposes.

2. Counterfeiting, fraud, or deception is prohibited.

3. Ethical use is the responsibility of the user.

4. Neptune AI does not monitor prompts for legality.

5. Accounts suspected of abuse may be suspended.

6. You must not impersonate Neptune AI.

7. Misuse of outputs is entirely your responsibility.

8. You may not misrepresent AI-generated designs as certified.

9. Global export control laws apply to all users.

10. Misuse indemnifies Neptune AI against resulting claims.

Technical Limitations

1. Output quality is not guaranteed.

2. AI may generate errors or artifacts.

3. File formats may change without notice.

4. No long-term file storage guarantee is provided.

5. Users must back up their own data.

6. Neptune AI may not be compatible with all devices.

7. Interruptions, bugs, or downtime may occur.

8. Updates may change performance.

9. Latency and delays are possible.

10. The system is experimental and evolving.

Data & Privacy

1. Data may be processed to improve services.

2. Neptune AI does not sell user data.

3. Prompts may be logged for system training.

4. Uploaded data is assumed to be legally owned by the user.

5. We are not responsible for third-party infrastructure breaches.

6. Encryption is applied where possible but not guaranteed.

7. Users should not upload sensitive personal data.

Final Provisions
